Born in Lockdown, Built on Experience
2021. Lockdown. Health becomes the all-defining topic. Online pharmacy stock prices skyrocket, supply chains collapse, the local pharmacy struggles. At the same time, pharma manufacturers are in the middle of a digital transformation — much like the publishing industry had to master the leap from print to online years before.
From over 20 years of experience at the intersection of digital health, pharma marketing, and product development, Maven360 was born. The first use case: Digital Shelf Analytics — where are products available, how visible is the brand in the online pharmacy, what do customers say? In 2023, BUY NOW was added: making reach measurable, from click to pickup.
2026 launches Maven360 CONNECT. Because it became clear: health must be thought of holistically. Marketing happens where the consumer is — online. But the local pharmacy has its place. Customers want omnichannel, not either-or. Existing solutions don't cover that.
